These classes cater for all age groups and abilities. All exercises can be modified to suit your needs.
Beginner
If you are new to pilates and looking to start your journey, this class is for you. Get to grips with the basics of pilates in a safe and fun environment.
Intermediate
Intermediate classes are for those who are familiar with Pilates and attend regular sessions. Perfect if you are looking for a more challenging workout.
Men only
This class is for men only, open to all ages and abilities.
60+ years & improvers
60+ classes are for people above the age of 60 who want to increase their repertoire of exercises in a supportive yet challenging environment.
60+ years & gentle
A slower, low impact class which aims to improve strength and flexibility in a safe and controlled way. If you are recovering from injury or are suffering from a specific physical issue this class might be for you. Please get in contact if you have any questions.
